At West Derm & our partners, we know that families might have concerns given the COVID-19 pandemic. Whether its an urgent visit or yearly skin check appointment, rest assured your patient’s and their family’s safety is our TOP priority.
We provide high quality care by treating patients with respect, taking time to answer their questions, and checking up on them after treatment.
We offer timely appointments and make a special effort to accommodate the referred patient and see them quickly once they arrive at our office.
We provide prompt understandable reports with details about a patient visit and biopsy results. This information is easily faxed from our EMR system to the referring physician.
Our providers can discuss patient cases with referring physicians over the phone and have dedicated physician lines available.
We will not send patients back to their referring physicians for additional referrals. We have dedicated staff members who can assist in all future authorizations if the insurance requires this process.
Once the patient has completed their treatment within our office, we will send the patient back to the referring physician.
Our clinics serve patients throughout the day with many clinics open during lunch and have extended hours.
Our highly skilled and experienced dermatologists welcome and thrive on complicated cases.
